Marcus Rytman

Marcus has 13+ years of hands-on M&A experience across buy-side, sell-side, divestments and post-merger integration, in software, technology, food and agribusiness.

He has built and led a global M&A function in a PE-backed company through two full private equity ownership cycles, including an exit from one PE owner to the next. He has run acquisitions and integrations across Denmark, Germany, the UK and the US, and prepared data rooms and vendor due diligence ahead of sales.
