Axion is an independent M&A and strategic advisory firm based in Horsens, Denmark. We help owner-managers across Denmark prepare for and execute the sale of their company, and give PE funds and their portfolio companies senior M&A capacity for deals, integration and exit readiness.

How we work
We embed directly into your organization and act as your internal M&A function, whether that means preparing a company for sale, running a live deal or leading an integration after close.
Most advisors deliver advice. We take ownership of execution: preparation, data room, due diligence coordination, transaction management, integration planning and synergy tracking. We align stakeholders, keep the timeline and prepare the materials that make or break a deal.
We have been on the inside of transactions ourselves. We know how quickly a deal becomes messy, delayed and exhausting when internal capacity is stretched, and that clear ownership of execution is what keeps it on track.
